CamenClo’s swimwear is infused with a natural blend of botanical ingredients including Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Chamomile, and Vitamin B5. While these ingredients are chosen for their skin-soothing properties, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Results may vary based on skin type, washing method, and individual sensitivity. We recommend washing garments on a cool, gentle cycle and avoiding harsh detergents to maintain the infusion benefits. Allergy Testing

Because our pieces are gently infused with natural botanical extracts, we always recommend a quick patch test if you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Choose a clean area of skin - Use the inside of your arm or wrist — it’s a soft, sensitive area similar to the skin swimwear touches.
2. Dampen a small section of the garment - Lightly mist or dab a small piece of the infused fabric (like a strap or lining) with water to activate any remaining infusion.
3. Hold the fabric against your skin - Keep it there for 10–15 minutes, gently pressed but not tight.
4. Remove and wait - If there’s no redness, itching, or irritation during or after the test, you’re good to go!
5. If you notice any reaction - Rinse the area with lukewarm water and avoid wearing the garment. If discomfort persists, consult your healthcare provider.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to UK only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. CamenClo is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

CamenClo Return Policy

We hope you love your CamenClo piece, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• Hygiene liners and tags must be intact

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Due to the nature of our garments being infused with botanical extracts for sensitive skin, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, soaked, or misted, for hygiene and product integrity reasons.

Non-returnable items:

• Swimwear that has been worn, soaked, or washed

• Items returned with damaged hygiene liners or missing tags

• Final sale or discounted items (if applicable)

How to return:

2. Please include your order number and reason for return.

3. We’ll provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, minus any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
