CamenClo’s swimwear is infused with a natural blend of botanical ingredients including Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Chamomile, and Vitamin B5. While these ingredients are chosen for their skin-soothing properties, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The botanical infusion is designed for sensory enhancement only and is not a cosmetic product. CamenClo garments are created using gentle, cosmetic-grade plant extracts known for their skin-friendly properties.
Results may vary based on skin type, washing method, and individual sensitivity. We recommend washing garments on a cool, gentle cycle and avoiding harsh detergents to maintain the infusion benefits. At CamenClo, our swimwear is thoughtfully infused with natural botanical extracts such as Aloe Vera, Chamomile, and Pro-Vitamin B5 to support skin comfort. While these ingredients are selected for their soothing properties, individual sensitivities can vary. If you have sensitive skin, a history of allergies, eczema, or known reactions to skincare products or botanicals, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before wearing the garment.
Patch Test Instructions
To ensure our products are suitable for your skin, please follow this step-by-step guide:
1. Select a Test Area
Choose a clean, dry area of skin, such as the inside of your forearm or wrist — these areas are more sensitive and closely resemble the skin contact points of our garments.
2. Dampen a Small Section of the Garment
Lightly moisten a small, less visible area of the infused garment (such as the inner lining or strap) with water to help activate any residual botanical infusion.
3. Apply to Skin
Gently press the damp fabric against the chosen skin area. Do not wrap or secure tightly. Leave it in place for 10–15 minutes.
4. Observe for Reactions
Remove the fabric and monitor the area for at least 24 hours. If no redness, itching, burning, or irritation occurs, it is likely safe for you to wear the garment.
5. If a Reaction Occurs
Immediately rinse the area with lukewarm water. Do not wear the garment. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice promptly.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship to UK and EU only. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times: 3–5 working days once dispatched confirmed.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. CamenClo is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Return Policy
We hope you love your CamenClo piece, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Hygiene liners and tags must be intact
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
Due to the nature of our garments being infused with botanical extracts for sensitive skin, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, soaked, or misted, for hygiene and product integrity reasons.
Non-returnable items:
• Swimwear that has been worn, soaked, or washed
• Items returned with damaged hygiene liners or missing tags
• Final sale or discounted items (if applicable)
How to return:
1. Contact us at [contact@camenclo.com] or fill out the 'Contact Us' form on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Please include your order number and reason for return.
3. We’ll provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days, minus any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
